Refunds and Returns Policy
We follow all requirements of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA) and the Fair Trading Act 1986 (FTA). You are entitled to a remedy if a product you buy from us is faulty, unsafe, or does not do what we said it would do.
Faulty or Defective Products
If your item is faulty, we will repair, replace, or refund it, depending on what is reasonable in the situation. Please contact us as soon as you notice the issue and provide proof of purchase.
Change of Mind
We do not have to give a refund or exchange if you change your mind. However, we may offer this at our discretion. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with proof of purchase.
Incorrect or Damaged Items on Arrival
If you receive the wrong item or it arrives damaged, contact us within a reasonable timeframe so we can put things right. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Returns Process

Shipping Costs
If the product issue is covered by your rights under the CGA, we will cover the return shipping costs. For discretionary or change-of-mind returns, shipping may be at your expense.
