Shipping Within New Zealand

We ship nationwide. Delivery time and cost will depend on your location and the size of your order. All shipping costs will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase, as required under the Fair Trading Act.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 working days. If there is any delay, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Delivery Timeframes

Tracking

Most orders include tracking. You will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Issues

Lost Parcels

If your parcel is lost in transit, we will work with our courier to resolve the issue. Once confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
