One of the things I love about weaving is giving materials the space to do what they want to do. This piece is randomly woven with two types of seaweed, and hung off the perfect piece of driftwood. It sits slightly off the wall and casts beautiful shadows when lit from above or the side.

This piece is made entirely from natural materials. Seaweed should not be hung in a humid environment like a bathroom as it's liable to absorb moisture and lose its form.
